You can find Mdr Innovations (Opc) Private Limited at Flat No 308 in the Bharat Nilaya Apartment. We are situated on ITPL Road, right in Brookefield. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how busy the ITPL Road can get at almost any hour of the day. Our office is actually inside an apartment building, which gives it a very different feel than a standard commercial space. It feels a bit more like home, I suppose. We are an OPC, so it’s a pretty tight operation here. We don't have hundreds of employees running around. It is just a few of us working on various innovation projects and tech ideas. Usually, the day starts with trying to find a parking spot and then heading up to the third floor. The view from the window is mostly just the tops of other buildings and the constant stream of traffic below. We spend most of our time hunkered down with our laptops. We aren't big on meetings that last forever. We’d rather just talk across the room and get things sorted quickly. It’s a practical way of doing things. Sometimes we order food from the local places around Kundanahalli when we’re working late. It is just a normal life of people trying to build something useful in a crowded city. We like the independence of having our own small space where we can just focus and get things done without the corporate fluff.
