Mcware Technologies Llp is based over in Vidyapeeta Layout. We are located in Thyagarajanagar, specifically in a building called Bharadwaj on the 3rd Cross. It is right near the Ayappa Temple Street. It’s a nice, residential kind of neighborhood. You can hear the temple bells sometimes, which is a lot better than hearing constant car horns. We like it here because it feels like a real community. Our office is just a regular floor where we set up our computers and get to work on our tech projects. It’s not some high-rise office with a lobby. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and building things. Sometimes we take a walk down the street to clear our heads. The area has a lot of old trees and small shops, so it feels very grounded. We don’t really go for all that corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We’ve built a little routine here over the years. We arrive, check the emails, maybe complain a bit about the weather, and then dive into the work. It’s a simple life for the most part. We are just a local business trying to do good work from a quiet corner of Bengaluru. It suits us just fine to be away from the main tech parks. Most days we just focus on the code and the coffee.
