Mck Enterprises

Mck Enterprises is a small shop at number 96-87 on Anepalya Main Road in Adugodi. We are right near the Axis Bank ATM, which makes it easy for people to stop by when they are out doing their errands. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be clever about how we stack our stock on the shelves. Sometimes it feels like we are living in a maze of cardboard boxes. The main road outside is always humming with traffic and the sound of people talking. We know most of the regular people who pass by every day on their way to work. Some of them just poke their heads in to say hello or ask about the weather. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive lighting in here. It is just a shop with shelves full of items and a counter where we stand. Most of the time is spent checking what we need to reorder or helping someone find a specific thing they saw last week. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once, but we manage. Adugodi is a busy area and the noise never really stops. The rain sometimes splashes in through the front door, so we have to keep moving things back to keep them dry. It is a simple neighborhood business, nothing more. We open up in the morning, sweep the front, and stay until the street lights come on. It is just what we do every day.
