Mayank Tiwari

My name is Mayank Tiwari and I work out of 503 Indira Nagar. The office is with Brokers Associates on the 18th Main Road in the 4th Block. We are right opposite the Kumar Theatre, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. I spend most of my time dealing with real estate and helping people find houses or office spaces. It’s a lot of walking around the neighborhood and talking to different people. The office is a busy place because Indira Nagar is always active. There are always people coming in with questions about rents or buying property. I don't have a big team or a fancy setup. It’s mostly just me and a couple of associates working from our desks. We have a lot of maps and listings pinned up on the walls. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic from 18th Main, but you get used to it after a while. I’ve lived in this city for a long time and I know the blocks here pretty well. I don't use any complicated sales pitches. I just show the places as they are and let people decide for themselves. It’s a normal job where I try to be helpful and keep things honest. If you’re near the theater, you can probably spot our building. It’s a decent place to work from every day.
