Maxtech Software Pvt Ltd is located over in Rajaji Nagar, specifically in Shiv Nagar on the 12th Cross. If you know the area, you know it is a mix of houses and small businesses tucked away. Our office is at H.No:81/19 on 12 C Main. It is not a huge glass building like you see in the tech parks. It is more like a converted space where we have set up our desks and all our computer gear. We spend most of our days staring at screens and writing code or fixing bugs that pop up out of nowhere. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is in at the same time, and the tea guy comes by twice a day which is usually the highlight for most of us. We have been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors know us. We do not have any fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and someone will look up from their monitor to see what you need. The fans hum all day to keep the servers cool, and there is always a stack of old keyboards in the corner that we keep meaning to throw away. It is just a regular software shop where we get the work done without much fuss. We like being in Rajaji Nagar because the food nearby is good and it feels like a real neighborhood.
