Maxsoft

We are set up in HBR Layout, specifically in the 4th Block right near the Ring Road. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so being near the main road helps people find us, even if the noise is always there in the background. We do software work here at Maxsoft. It’s not a huge corporate park office with a gym or anything. We have some desks, good chairs because we sit a lot, and enough coffee to keep us going. The team is small, just a few people who actually know what they’re doing. We spend a lot of time looking at code and testing things out. It can get a bit repetitive, but that’s the nature of the job. We don’t really bother with big meetings or corporate talk. We just get the tasks done. The 4th Block is a decent area with some good food spots nearby for lunch. Sometimes we walk out to grab a bite and stretch our legs. It’s a simple routine. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while. The neighborhood has changed, but we’re still in the same spot on the Ring Road. People know where to find us if they need something handled. It’s a quiet enough place inside once you shut the door to the street. We just focus on the screens and get through the day's list. It is a long day usually, but we get things finished.
