Matrixone Software Pvt Ltd is located at House No. 1 in BTM Layout, 1st Stage. Being at the first house makes it pretty easy to find once you get into the layout. It’s a residential building that we’ve turned into an office space. Bangalore is full of these kinds of setups. It doesn't look like a tech company from the outside, but inside we have all our servers and workstations running. We deal with software development and support. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code, so you'll usually see us in sandals and t-shirts. The rooms are a bit small, but we’ve managed to fit everyone in comfortably. There’s a small garden area out front where we sit sometimes when we need a break from the screens. BTM is a busy area, but our street is relatively quiet. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. There’s no corporate ladder here to climb. We just work together to solve whatever problems our clients are facing. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee. It’s nothing special, but it gets us through the day and keeps the office going.
