Mathews Clinic

Mathews Clinic has been sitting here at No-45 Borewell Road for some time. Whitefield has changed a lot around us, with more traffic and buildings going up everywhere, but we are still in the same spot. It’s just a standard clinic where people come when they are feeling under the weather. We see a lot of the same faces from the Whitefieldn neighborhood, which is nice. The building itself is pretty simple. We have a front desk where you sign in and then a few rooms for the consultations. It’s not the biggest place in the world, so if there are more than five people waiting, it starts to feel a bit packed. We don't really do any big advertising. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old but they do the job. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to sit there for too long, though some days are just unpredictable. Sometimes the power goes out or the water has an issue, just like any other building on Borewell Road. We just deal with it and keep going. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, see the patients, and then close up for the evening. There isn't much more to it than that. We just like being part of the local scene here in Whitefield and helping out our neighbors.
