We are tucked away at number 1 in the Peenya Industrial Area. If you know Bangalore, you know Peenya is one of those places where there is a workshop or a factory on every corner. Mathand Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of all that activity. Our building is one of the older ones in this section, but it is sturdy and gives us all the room we need for our operations. The air around here always smells a bit like oil and metal, which is pretty standard for an industrial zone. We spend most of our time on the production floor or dealing with logistics. It is a lot of manual work and keeping an eye on the details. We are not much for sitting in offices; we would rather be out where the actual work is happening. The traffic getting into Peenya can be tough in the mornings, so we all try to get an early start before the roads get totally jammed. Our team is small, and we have worked together for quite a while, so everyone knows what they need to do without being told. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on the parts and products we make. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. When the day ends, we lock up the gate and head home, ready to do the same thing again the next morning. It is a good, honest living in a hard-working part of town.
