Our office is at 288, 3 A Cross in Bangalore. We are in the 2nd Block of the 3rd Stage, right off the West of Chord Road. It’s a quiet enough street until the school nearby lets out. The office is on the ground floor of a building that looks like a house. Inside, there are stacks of papers and maps everywhere. We have three desks pushed together to make one big table. The phone rings a lot, and usually, someone is trying to find a flight or a hotel on a slow internet connection. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The floor tiles are a bit chipped near the entrance. There’s a small plant in the corner that we forget to water sometimes, but it’s still hanging on. We don't have a big neon sign, just a small board near the gate. Most people find us because they live in the area or heard about us from a neighbor. The tea man comes around at four o'clock every day, and that’s when we take a break. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few people who know how to navigate the booking systems. It gets a bit chaotic during the holiday season, but the rest of the year is just steady work.
