Mathad Associates

Our office is up on the 6th floor of the High Point building, number 4605, on Palace Road. It’s a well-known building in Bangalore, and being on a higher floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, though mostly we are just looking at other buildings and roofs. Mathad Associates has been here for a good while. The elevator in this building is a bit slow and sometimes it’s cranky, so we have to plan ahead if we’re in a hurry to get downstairs. Once you get to the 6th floor, our place is just down the hall. It’s a standard office space with a lot of shelves for folders, books, and old records. We don't have a receptionist in a suit waiting for you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hi when someone walks in. We handle a lot of technical and legal-type documents, so there is always a lot of reading and checking going on. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of the printer going off. Palace Road is a nice part of the city to work in, with a lot of old trees lining the streets. We don't have a fancy website or a big social media presence. We just rely on the people who have been coming to us for years. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a group of associates doing our jobs in a practical way. It’s not glamorous, but it’s steady work. We try not to overcomplicate the day.
