Material Inward & Issue Recording is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, with the pincode 560100. It’s a busy city and our location is no different. We spend our time recording everything that comes into the facility and everything that goes back out. It sounds like a lot of paperwork because it is. We aren't a big firm with fancy software. We mostly just use our ledgers and some basic computer stuff to keep track of it all. The office is in a busy area, so there’s always the sound of traffic and horns. Bangalore traffic is famous for a reason, and it definitely affects when the trucks get to us. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. The space is a bit cramped with all the files and the desk space we need. We don't have any plants or decorations. It’s just a place of work. We start early to beat the worst of the heat and the traffic. Most of our day is spent counting items and matching them to the sheets. It can be a bit boring for some people, but we find a rhythm in it. We have a small kettle for tea and we take turns making it for each other. It’s just a regular job in a busy city. We just keep the records and that is it.
