We are located at 3 Koramangala VI Bk on the 1st floor. It’s a busy part of town, so finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. Our space is mostly filled with maps, brochures, and stacks of paperwork that never seem to go away. We handle a lot of different things here, from helping people figure out where to go on holiday to dealing with different kinds of money. The walls are covered with posters of places most of us haven’t even visited yet. We have a few old desks and some chairs for people to sit on while we look things up. The 1st-floor view is mostly just the tops of cars and people walking by on the sidewalk. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market nearby is in full swing. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a TV. People just come in, sit down, and tell us what they need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking rates on the computer. The printer is old and makes a loud grinding noise every time we use it. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other's families. We just try to help people get their travel plans sorted without too much fuss.
