Master Enterprises

Down at Chamrajpet on 4th Main and 6th Cross, you’ll find Master Enterprises. It’s at number 85 1. This neighborhood is one of those old-school places where everyone seems to know everyone else's business. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite a while now. The building is solid, but the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. Inside, it’s mostly just workspace and storage. We have benches piled high with materials, and there’s always a faint smell of cardboard and dust in the air. We don’t really bother with a front desk or a waiting area because most people who come here are here for work reasons anyway. The fans on the ceiling hum constantly, especially in the summer months when the heat trapped in these old walls gets to be a bit much. We spend most of the day coordinating things and making sure the orders are moving along. Sometimes things get misplaced, and we have to spend half an hour looking under tables, but that’s just part of the routine. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than just getting the day's work finished so we can lock up and head home. The street outside is usually full of parked bikes and people walking to the temple or the market. It’s a busy little corner of Chamrajpet, and we’ve become a part of the background here over time.
