Shivaji Nagar is always moving, and our office at 201/2 is right in the thick of it. We started this travel business because we knew people around here needed someone they could actually talk to instead of just using an app. It's a small room with two desks and a lot of maps on the wall that are probably a bit out of date now. We handle a lot of train and bus bookings every day. Sometimes people just stop in to ask about the best way to get to the airport or what the weather is like in another city. It gets quite loud with the shops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The tea man comes by every hour, and that’s usually when we take a break. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep the schedules straight. If a printer jams, we fix it ourselves. Most of our regular customers have been coming to us for years. They know we’ll tell them the truth about which bus is better or if a flight is likely to be delayed. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have a small plastic rack for brochures, but half of them are for places nobody goes to anymore. It’s just how it is in a small office like this.
