Maruthi Tours & Travels is right on Banaswadi Main Road at number 97/21. It is a very busy street, and we have been operating from this same spot for a while. Our office is easy to find if you are walking or driving by. We spend the day arranging various trips and talking to our drivers to make sure everyone is on schedule. The office itself is quite small, with just enough room for a few chairs and a computer that doesn't always work perfectly. We handle a lot of airport runs and people who want to go on short trips out of the city. Many of our customers are local people who just walk in because they know us. Banaswadi traffic can be very difficult, especially in the evenings, so we spend a lot of time checking the clocks and calling the cars. We keep a large calendar on the wall to track all the bookings. We don’t have any corporate training or fancy uniforms. We’re just regular people trying to help others get to where they need to go. Sometimes we are extremely busy and all the cars are out, and other times it is very quiet. We don't use any promotional language. It is just about getting the driving and the booking done. There’s a small kettle in the corner for making tea and a fan on the desk. It’s a very basic and honest business.
