If you find yourself on 3rd Main W O C Road near Mahalaxmi Puram, you will see our place at 715/2. Marshall Tours & Travels has been operating out of this small office for a while. Usually, the morning starts with checking the driver schedules and seeing who is going where. It gets busy with the phones ringing early on. People are always looking for a way to get to the airport or maybe out of town for a weekend. We keep a lot of maps and old ledgers on the shelves because sometimes the computer is a bit slow. The tea stall next door is where most of our drivers hang out while they wait for their next trip. It is a loud street, especially during the rush hour when the buses go by. We handle a lot of the local bookings for families around Mahalaxmi Puram who have known us for years. It is not a shiny corporate office, just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Sometimes we have to deal with traffic delays or flat tires, but that is just how the travel business goes. We stay open pretty late because you never know when someone might need a car last minute. It feels like a small family here most days. We just focus on getting people to their destination without making things complicated. Most of the time we are just chatting with whoever stops by for a chat or needs a quick booking.
