Our office is tucked away at 38/9 in Ulsoor, right in the heart of Indira Nagar. It’s a lively neighborhood to work in, with plenty of coffee shops and people walking around. We’ve been here for some time now, mostly helping folks who want to go somewhere else for a bit. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to airlines or hotels. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some days are quieter than others, but during the holiday seasons, it gets pretty hectic around here. We aren't a massive chain; we are just a small group of people who know the travel business. We don't use fancy scripts when people call us. We just listen to what they need and see what is available at the time. The office itself is pretty basic, just some desks and a couple of chairs for people to sit while we look things up. We’ve seen the streets outside change over the years, but the way we do things stays about the same. It’s mostly about getting the details right so nobody ends up stuck at an airport. We like the local vibe of Ulsoor. It feels like home to us. If you’re walking by Indira Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the bookings are sorted out.
