Our office is situated over in Basweshwara Nagar, right by the Annapurneshwari Hostel in the Gayatri Society Layout. If you’re familiar with the West of Chord Road area, we’re tucked away on the 11th Cross. It’s a fairly busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always something happening outside the front door. Market Men Consumer Connect & Events Pvt. Ltd. operates out of a building that fits right into the local neighborhood. It isn't a massive corporate complex, just a regular place where a small team gets together every morning. Inside, it’s a mix of desks, stacked boxes, and old event banners leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away, and the atmosphere is pretty casual. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts because we’re often moving stuff around or heading out to different sites. The kitchen area is small, usually smelling like whatever someone brought for lunch. We deal with the usual Bangalore problems like the occasional power cut or the internet slowing down when it rains, but we just keep going. It’s a practical workspace for people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty with the details of an event. There’s no grand entrance, just a door that stays open most of the day to let in some air, even if it brings in the street noise with it. We just focus on the work and try to get everything organized.
