Our office is over in Shivaji Nagar, right in Bowring Towers at number 54. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something happening outside the windows. We’ve got a bunch of computers set up and it’s usually pretty quiet inside while everyone is focused on their screens. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic builds up on the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and free snacks, just a regular team working in a decent building. The lights hum a little bit if it’s too quiet. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat at the small table in the corner. There’s a coffee machine that works most of the time, which is lucky for us. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we know the security guys by name. It’s a good location because everything is close by, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. Most of our space is taken up by cables and monitors. It’s just a normal workplace where we try to get things done without too much fuss. We like being in Shivaji Nagar because it feels alive. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have extra stuff delivered, but we manage. The building is older but it serves its purpose for our software work. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
