You'll find our physiotherapy clinic in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, specifically in the BEML 5th stage area on the Double road. We are right next to the Mohith car service station, so if you're getting your car fixed, you're basically at our doorstep. It’s house number 1226. We handle a lot of different physical issues here. Some people come in after an accident, others just have a stiff neck from sitting at a computer all day. We use some machines for heat and stimulation, but a lot of it is just hands-on work and guided exercises. The clinic is a modest space. We don't have a big reception team or a fancy coffee machine. It’s just a place to come and get your rehab done. We've been here for some time now and most of our patients come because a neighbor told them about us. We try to be flexible with timings because we know everyone in Bangalore is working long hours. The Double road can get pretty noisy with traffic, but inside the clinic, we try to keep it focused on the work. We don't use big words to explain things; we just tell you which muscle is tight and how to fix it. It’s hard work for the patient too, not just us. You have to do the exercises at home or you won't get better. We have some basic parallel bars and mats. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for the people in RR Nagar.
