Mapcon Consultants

We are located at 46/6, 14th Cross in the 1st Block of Rajajinagar, specifically on the 12th Main. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of Bangalore with all the numbered crosses and mains, but once you find us, it’s a pretty quiet spot. Mapcon Consultants operates out of this building, which feels more like a house than a big office block. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up with desks and plenty of power strips for all our gear. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there are people walking their dogs or kids playing outside, which makes a nice change from the usual office park atmosphere. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous company out there. We just focus on our consulting work and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it. The office is often a bit cluttered with papers and books because we’re always in the middle of something. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so things get a bit dusty, but we don't mind much. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so it feels more like a family than a workplace. We share stories about our weekends and complain about the traffic just like everyone else. It’s a decent place to spend the day, doing work that we understand well. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy titles. We just get on with things.
