Mantri Developers has been a part of Malleshwaram for a long time. Our address is simply Malleshwaram 1. It’s a central spot in an old part of the city. We’ve seen the area change from quiet streets to a very busy commercial hub. Our office is where all the planning happens. We do a lot of construction and development work. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep the atmosphere in the office fairly down-to-earth. There are always people coming and going. We have architects, site managers, and office staff all working in the same building. It can get a bit loud and messy with all the blueprints and files everywhere. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing inside the office. We are more focused on the actual building work. We’ve put up a lot of structures around the city. Everyone here knows their job. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches. We just look at the plans and see how to get the project finished. Malleshwaram is a great place to be based because it has so much history. We feel like we are just part of the local scenery now. We show up every day and keep building. It’s what we know how to do. No need to make it more complicated than that for anyone. It's just about putting one brick on top of another.
