We are based out of Malleswaram, specifically on the 11th Main Road at number 55. This is an old, established part of Bangalore, and our office fits right into the local vibe. It’s a bit of a mix of old-school charm and the busy pace of a developer’s life. If you come by, you’ll find us surrounded by folders, architectural drawings, and plenty of coffee cups. The building is a bit older, located at New 100, and it has that solid feel to it. Malleswaram is great because it’s full of trees and small shops, but we stay busy inside handling all the logistics for our building projects. There’s no fancy lobby or corporate reception here, just a few desks and people working on computers. We deal with everything from initial land surveys to the final handovers of the flats we build. It takes a lot of coordination to keep a project on track, and most of that happens right here in these rooms. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in government forms and building codes, but that’s just the nature of the business in Karnataka. We know the 560003 area inside out. On most days, we are just trying to make sure the materials arrive on time and the contractors are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here on the 11th Main. We just focus on the next brick.
