Manthan Software Services

We are tucked away at number 10, Hanumanthappa Road in the Soonangi Layout. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get, but once you step inside our place, things settle down a bit. Manthan Software Services has been running out of this spot for quite some time now. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of people; we are a smaller group that knows each other’s coffee orders by heart. Most days involve a lot of typing, staring at code, and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. The office has big windows, but mostly we look at our monitors instead of the street. We share the building with a few other folks, so there’s always someone coming or going in the hallway. Karnataka is home to so many tech shops, but we like our little corner in 560 033. It feels like a real neighborhood here, not just a business district. Sometimes we go out for a walk down the road just to stretch our legs after a long meeting. We don't have fancy lounge areas or bean bags. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of hard work. The floor creaks a little near the entrance, and the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the software right and making sure we don't miss any of our project deadlines.
