Our office is located over at 402 in the 25th block of Venkateshwara Layout. It’s tucked away in Madiwala, specifically on 16th A Main and 13th Cross. If you’ve ever tried to drive through this part of Bangalore, you know exactly what I mean about the streets. It’s a lively area, and we’re right in the middle of it. Manthan Software Services Pvt Ltd is basically a group of people who enjoy solving technical problems. We aren't into those big corporate meetings that last all day. Usually, we just pull up a chair to someone’s desk and look at the screen until we find a solution. The office has a lot of wires and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall guy knows exactly what we want when we walk over. Working in software means a lot of late nights, and Madiwala stays pretty active even then. We focus on the work itself rather than making the office look like a showroom. The walls are a bit plain, and the chairs are just okay, but the computers work well, and that’s what matters to us. We handle all sorts of software tasks, mostly things that require a lot of focus and patience. It’s a straightforward operation. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families once the job is done for the day. It is just a normal office.
