Mansoft Microsystems July

Mansoft Microsystems July has been around in Bangalore for a while now. We’re just a regular office where we do a lot of computer work and software bits. It’s nothing too fancy, just a bunch of desks and people typing away most of the day. Being in Karnataka, we see a lot of people moving in for tech jobs, and we’re just one of those places that’s been part of that scene. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We don't really do big meetings or anything corporate like that. Usually, we just get our tasks and sit down to finish them. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that's just part of life here. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years, so it feels a bit like a small family. We handle different projects as they come in. There isn't a huge sign outside, so you might miss it if you aren't looking for the right building. We spend a lot of time on the phones or on emails trying to get things sorted for whatever project is on the desk that week. It’s a busy place but quiet in its own way because everyone is focused on their screens. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the work without making a big fuss about it or acting like we are some huge company. We just do the job day after day and keep the computers running as best as we can.
