Mans

Our place is called Mans and you can find us at No. 43, Tanmai, on 4th A Cross in Gurudasan Layout. This is deep in the Vidyaranyapura area of Bangalore. It’s a nice, quiet residential part of the city, which is a relief compared to the traffic in the center. The building is a regular house that we use for our business activities. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who live nearby and come in every morning. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks or someone is washing their car outside while we are trying to get work done. We have a few computers set up in the main room and some basic shelving for our supplies. We don't use corporate language or have meetings about missions and visions. We just wake up, come to the office, and handle whatever tasks are on the list for that day. Since we are in a layout, it’s mostly locals who stop by or people who have heard about us through friends. The 4th A Cross is easy to miss if you aren't looking closely, but we like it that way. It keeps things calm and manageable. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about things other than work. It’s a decent way to spend the day without all the stress of a typical high-pressure office environment.
