Manjunatha Reddy B

Manjunatha Reddy B is my name and I run things from 45 JP Nagar. We are located on the 3rd floor of the building. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens from time to time. I’ve been in JP Nagar for a long time and I really like the area. It has a good mix of trees and shops. Our office space is quite small and simple. It’s just a place to sit and get the work done. I have two people who help me out with the daily tasks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine. We usually just go to the small stall down the street when we want a tea break. My desk is often a mess of folders and loose sheets of paper, but I have my own way of keeping track of things. We handle various tasks throughout the week. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re here late, and other times it’s quiet enough to enjoy the view from the window. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. We just do our work and let people find us when they need to. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. I like being my own boss and having a place in this neighborhood. It’s not corporate or polished, just a regular local spot where we do our best every day.
