We have been in this spot for a while now. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We don't see the need for a lot of flash or show. Inside, it's mostly just filing cabinets, a few computers, and a lot of notebooks. We do things the old-fashioned way sometimes because it just feels more reliable. Hanumanth Nagar is a steady neighborhood. You see the same faces every morning when you arrive at the office. We have a routine that we follow. We open up, get the fans going, and start on whatever is left from yesterday. There is no big secret to how we work. We just show up and do the tasks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on, and other times we finish early enough to enjoy the evening. The traffic on Mvi Road can be a real pain during peak hours, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. That is enough to keep us moving forward every day without any fuss. I think we’ve been here for over five years now, and the neighbors have stayed the same too.
