We are based out of the Holy Cross Hostel area in Singasandra. It is just off the Hosur Road here in Bangalore. It is an interesting spot to be in, especially with the constant flow of people coming and going from the hostel and the surrounding businesses. The office isn't a grand resort itself, even if the name might make you think so. It is a practical space where we manage the logistics and the back-end stuff. The Hosur Road traffic is something we deal with every single morning and evening. It is usually backed up for miles. Inside our walls, things are a bit more manageable, though it can get pretty hectic when a new project starts. We do not have a lot of fancy amenities. There is a basic desk setup and a few old cupboards that have been here since we started. We do not really do the whole corporate polish thing. If something breaks, we usually just fix it ourselves with some tape or a screwdriver. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have seen the area grow and change quite a bit. There used to be more empty lots around, but now it is all buildings. We just keep our focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized, even when the paperwork starts to overflow. It is a simple, hardworking environment where everyone knows what they need to do.
