Our place is over at Jyothi Niwas, specifically 716 on 4th Main in the Hal 3rd Stage part of Bangalore. If you know the 75 area code, you know it can get pretty busy with all the cars and people moving around. We have been in this spot for a good while now. It’s a solid building, nothing too flashy, but it serves us well. Most of the time, we are just managing the daily tasks that come with running a place like this. There’s always a light that needs fixing or someone asking for directions. We have a small staff and we all know each other pretty well by now. We don't go in for those fancy corporate meetings; we just talk over things while we work. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first arrived, with more shops and cafes popping up on every corner. But our corner remains pretty much the same. We keep the floors swept and the gate open. Some days the Bangalore heat is a bit much, but the trees along the main road help keep things a little cooler inside. We handle the bookings and the visitors as they come. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just provide a place for people to stay or visit while they are in this part of town. It is home for us and our small team.
