Mangal Novelties Store

You can find Mangal Novelties Store right near the Hanuman Temple in Nagashettyhalli. Being near the temple means we see a lot of people, especially on Saturdays when it gets really crowded. The bells from the temple are a constant sound throughout the day. We have been in this spot for a while now. The shop isn't fancy, just a room filled with cabinets and racks. We sell small items, trinkets, and stuff for kids. Nagashettyhalli is a growing area but it still feels like a village sometimes because everyone knows each other. When the temple has a festival, the whole street lights up and we stay open a bit later than usual. We don’t have a website or any of that stuff. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when there are no customers. It’s a simple way to earn a living. The shop gets a bit hot in the summer because the ceiling is low, so we have a small fan that runs all day. We try to keep the prices fair so the local people keep coming back. It is just a regular life here, watching the world go by from behind the counter. We hope to stay here for many more years near the temple. It’s a good little spot for us.
