Yelahanka New Town has been our home base for a while now. Our office is at 1104, 15th B Cross. It's a busy spot near 2nd P H Nagar. We mostly handle housing stuff. People come in to talk about plots or apartments. Sometimes it’s quiet, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just try to keep things organized. Usually, someone is at the desk if you drop by 1st B Main. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with files and a few chairs. We know the local area pretty well because we've lived around here. If you're looking for a place to stay or build, we help with the paperwork and finding what's available. We deal with builders and owners too. It takes time to get everything right with property, so we don't rush through the details. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people stopping in after seeing the sign. The traffic on 15th B Cross can be a bit much in the mornings. Anyway, if you need to find us, we're right there near the main landmarks. We keep track of what's selling and what's for rent around Yelahanka. It's just a small team of us working here every day. We try to be helpful when folks have questions about the local market or certain blocks. That is about it.
