Manalabs Llp

We are based at Number 490 in Ideal Homes, which is down in Bangalore South. Manalabs Llp has been operating out of this neighborhood for a bit. Since it is a residential area mostly, things stay pretty calm compared to the rest of the busy city. Quiet surroundings help us concentrate on the technical work we do. Looking at the building from the outside, you wouldn't think it's anything special. Inside, however, you will find a bunch of desks and some whiteboards filled with scribbles. Being in the 560098 zip code area works out well for us. Often, you will find us just sitting around the main table talking through a problem. Formal meetings with agendas and all that aren't really our thing. It is more about just getting the job done. Sometimes we go out for a walk in the colony when we need a break from the screens. Evening weather in South Bangalore can be quite nice once the sun starts to go down. Having been here for a while, the neighbors all know who we are and what we do. It is a simple life for us. Managing the LLP doesn't require any fancy corporate structures or big boss attitudes. A group of people working together in a house turned office is all we need. That is how we have always done it and it seems to work fine for us.
