Management Dynamics

Down here at 53, Singapur Garden, things are a bit different than the center of Bangalore. Being on Kanakapura Road gives us a little more breathing room, though even this area is getting busier by the day. We’ve been operating Management Dynamics from this spot for quite a while now. The Bangalore-62 area has a nice mix of homes and small businesses. Our office isn't some glass tower; it’s a functional space where we get together to handle the daily grind. Polished mission statements or fancy slogans aren't really for us. We just have tasks to do and we do them. The garden area nearby is a nice place for a quick walk when the weather isn't too hot. Our team is small, so things stay pretty informal around here. You might hear us laughing over a joke or arguing about where to order tea from. It’s just a normal workplace. The address is easy to find if you’re coming down Kanakapura Road, just look for the Singapur Garden entrance. A lot of our time is spent looking at spreadsheets and talking on the phone. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that we aren't stuck in a crowded industrial estate. There’s a bit of character to this part of town, and we think it suits us well. We’re just regular folks trying to do a decent job every day and then heading home to our families.
