Mallikarjunaiah M K is situated at 59 Nandini Layout. We actually work out of a row house, which gives the office a very different feel than being in a big commercial building. Number 59 is tucked away in a residential part of the layout, so it’s much quieter than the main streets. We like that it feels more like a home than a strict office. There is a small front area where we can see the street, and we know many of our neighbors who live nearby. Working in a row house means we have a bit more privacy and a bit more space to breathe. Nandini Layout is a nice area with plenty of trees and a bit of a slower pace. We’ve set up our desks in what used to be the living areas, and it works out perfectly for us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without the high costs of a downtown skyscraper. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights, just the house number 59 on the gate. People usually find us without any trouble. We start our day when the sun comes up and wrap things up as it gets dark. It’s a peaceful way to work, and being in a row house makes us feel more connected to the community here in Nandini Layout. It’s just us doing our thing every day, keeping everything simple and staying busy with our work.
