At Mak India Developers, we operate out of BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are located at number 34 on the 6th Cross, just off 35th Main. It is a pretty standard office in a residential-looking street. BTM is always buzzing with students and professionals, so there is a lot of energy around. Our space is just a regular room with some desks and a small seating area for visitors. We handle a lot of different things related to development, so there are usually rolls of paper and plans lying around everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The 35th Main road is quite busy, but once you turn into 6th Cross, it gets a lot quieter. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us. Most of the day is spent on the phone or coordinating with people on different sites. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the work is moving along. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to finish, but usually, we wrap things up by six. It’s just honest work in a busy neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors all know us by now. It’s a decent place to work from and we like it here.
