Mainland China Speciality Restaurant is over in Pimpri, specifically at Flat No F-6 in the Monika C Building. We are part of the Kamgar Nagar neighborhood which has its own unique feel. Being in Pune 411018 means we are in a busy part of the city where people are always on the move. We aren't located in a huge mall or a standalone building but rather in this specific flat which makes the atmosphere a bit different. We just focus on the food and the kitchen stuff mostly. The staff here is pretty tight-knit and we spend most of our time making sure things are prepared the way they should be. It’s not about having a polished image for us. We just want the kitchen to run smoothly and the orders to go out correctly. Pimpri is a place where you have to work hard to keep up and that’s what we do every single day. Some days are more chaotic than others especially when the building gets busy but we manage it okay. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do here. We are just a team in a building in Kamgar Nagar trying to do a good job. It’s a very grounded way of running a business and it feels right for where we are. We just stick to our routine and keep things moving along without much trouble.
