We’ve been running things here at Mahindra Logistcs Ltd for a while now. Our spot is over in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, specifically at 596 3rd Main and 1st Cross in the BEML Layout 5th Stage. It’s a busy area and we’re right in the middle of it. Mostly, we deal with moving goods and making sure trucks get where they need to go. It’s not fancy work, just a lot of coordinating and checking schedules every day. Sometimes the traffic around here gets pretty bad, which makes our jobs a bit harder, but we manage to stay on top of things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the long shifts. We have people coming in and out all the time, drivers looking for their paperwork or managers checking on the latest shipments. It gets loud and a bit chaotic, but that’s just how the logistics business is. We’ve stayed in this part of Bangalore because it works for us. Everyone knows the BEML Layout, so it’s easy for folks to find us when they need to talk about a delivery. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking corporate. We just focus on the cargo and getting it loaded up right. If you walk by, you’ll probably see a few of us standing outside talking about the day’s routes. It’s just how we do things here.
