At 27 Kengeri Road, that is where I, Mahesh H B, have my small setup, right by Alexandra Road and Dr K N Marg in the KCHS Layout. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the area. I’ve been working out of this spot for several years now. KCHS Layout is a good neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to some other parts of the city. I set up here because I liked the feel of the streets. My office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with a desk, some chairs, and my equipment. I don’t like to waste money on things that aren't necessary for the work. I handle mostly local stuff and people from around the Kengeri area. I’m a one-man operation, so I do everything from cleaning the floor to finishing the tasks. It keeps me active. I don't follow a strict corporate schedule. I stay until the work is done. Sometimes that’s early, sometimes it’s late. I’ve met a lot of interesting people just by being here. Some of them have become regular visitors who just drop in to say hello. I think it’s important to be a part of the local community. I don't use big words or try to act like I'm more than I am. I’m just a local guy running a small business. It works for me.
