Mahesh B T Adv is an advocate's office located at 55 Chamrajpet Oshiwara, inside Mayura Nivas. We are situated right near Kaveri Wines, which is the easiest way for people to find the building. The office is usually filled with stacks of legal papers and files that seem to grow every week. It is a busy environment because law work never really stops. Chamrajpet is an old area with a lot of history, and working out of Mayura Nivas feels very grounded. We spend a lot of our time reading through documents, preparing for court, or meeting with people who have legal troubles. It is not like what you see on TV; it is mostly just quiet research and a lot of typing. The office gets quite a few visitors throughout the day, so there is always someone waiting or a phone ringing in the background. We try to keep things organized, but with so many cases, the shelves are always full. Being near the wine shop means there is always some activity on the street outside. We have been here for a while and the locals know the office well. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We just take on the cases that come to us and do the best we can with the paperwork and the law. It is a demanding job, but it is what we do every single day.
