Mahaveer Physiotherapy Clinic

We've been here in Banashankari for a while now, right near PES College. It’s a quiet spot in Srinagar, specifically on 10th Main Road. If you know the 1st Stage area, we’re pretty easy to find. This clinic is where we help people get moving again after they’ve had an injury or just have some nagging back pain that won't go away. Most days are busy with folks coming in for exercises or some heat therapy. It isn't a fancy place with high-tech robots, just a clean space with the tools we need to do the work. The traffic on the 10th Main can get a bit much during peak hours, so people usually try to time their visits. We've got a couple of treatment tables and some weights. It’s mostly just us working one-on-one with whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it’s an athlete, other times it’s an elderly neighbor from the 1st Block who tripped on the sidewalk. We try to keep things simple and focus on what needs fixing. People seem to appreciate that we don't rush them out. There’s a lot of talking while we work on joints and muscles. It's just a regular neighborhood clinic trying to help out. Being part of the BSK 1st Stage community is nice because we know a lot of the faces around here.
