We are Maharaja Mega Lan Developers, and you can find us at number 52 in Basavanagudi. Our office is on the 1st floor of the Dinesh Complex, which sits right on D V G Road. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. Being on the first floor helps us get away from some of the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking all day. We mostly work on land projects and development. People come in to talk about plots and paperwork. The office isn't very big, but we have enough chairs for everyone. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s a very old part of Bangalore, so there’s a lot of history around us. We like being in Basavanagudi because it feels more traditional than the newer parts of the city. We start our day around ten and usually stay until the shops downstairs start closing up. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at maps. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s no need for big speeches here. We just show people what’s available and help them with their questions. It’s a steady kind of life, working in a busy market area like this one. We’ve gotten used to the hustle and bustle over the years and enjoy being right in the middle of it.
