Our little office is located at G-1 on Banswadi Road, inside Pamadi Chambers in Venkusahuji Lane. It is a ground-floor spot, which is handy because we have people popping in all the time. The lane is a bit narrow, so things can get a bit tight when cars are trying to pass each other. Inside, we have got a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of calendars on the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to sort out travel dates. It is often quite hectic, with phones ringing while we are trying to write down details for someone’s trip. We handle a lot of local stuff and some longer journeys too. There is usually a stack of old newspapers and some travel brochures sitting on the side table. We aren't a big corporate agency; we are just a small crew working out of this building. The Banswadi Road traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, but it brings people past our door. We have had this spot for a while now and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes we stay late to finish up bookings when the systems are slow. It is a lot of coordination and making sure names and dates match up. We just try to keep things moving and get everyone where they need to go without too much fuss.
