Fashion Plus

Fashion Plus is over at No. 782/ A on the 1st Cross of Swimming Pool Road in Mahalakshmi Layout. It is a fairly quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice. We have the shop right there near the landmark everyone knows. Most of the people who come in are locals living nearby. We spend a lot of time just tidying up the hangers and making sure everything looks halfway decent on the shelves. It is not a huge place, so we have to be careful about how much we buy at once or we won't have room to walk. The staff here is just a few of us who live not too far away. We usually open up around ten and stay until the evening. The weather in Bangalore is usually good, so we keep the door open to let the breeze in from the street. Sometimes a stray dog comes in to sit under the fan, and we don't mind much. We don't do anything special for marketing or anything. We just put the sign out and wait for people to wander in. It is a simple life here in Mahalakshmi Layout. We know most of the regulars by name and they know we aren't trying to do anything fancy. We just have the clothes and a place to try them on. It works out fine for everyone.
