Mahadevan K S Adv is located on the second floor of 282/D in Jayanagar Phase II. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Syndicate Bank ATM, which makes it easy to tell people where to go. There is no elevator in this building, so you have to walk up the two flights of stairs to get to the office. It is a bit of a climb but it keeps us moving during the day. The office is filled with stacks of papers and books that we need for our work. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough shelf space for everything we have accumulated over the years. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks reading through documents or talking on the phone with various people. The windows look out over the street and you can see the bank customers coming and going all day long. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the side of the building, so we usually have the fans going at full speed. It is a simple place where we focus on our cases and try to stay on top of the schedule. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy, just a few chairs for visitors to sit in while we talk. It’s been our home for quite some time now and we know the street sounds by heart.
