Our place is over in Chola Nagar, which is part of the R.T. Nagar area in Bangalore. We are at number 34 on the 2nd Main road. It is a fairly residential neighborhood, so it is usually a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, though the traffic on the main road can still be a pain. The office is a standard building that doesn't really stand out from the houses around it. We like it that way. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working on various tech things. We have a few floors but it doesn't feel huge. You’ll usually find someone in the kitchen making tea or chatting about the commute. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it isn’t too dusty outside. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or a lot of rules about how to sit or dress. We just show up and get to work. Magna Infotech has been here for a while, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture in this part of Chola Nagar. We know the local shopkeepers and the guy who delivers the water. It’s a very local feel for a tech company. We don’t try to impress anyone with big presentations. If you come by, you’ll just see us doing our jobs in a plain office.
