Madison Retail Paradigm Pvt Ltd & Madison Outdoor Media Serv

Madison Retail Paradigm and Madison Outdoor Media are located in Bangalore, over in Rajajinagar. We occupy the 1st floor of a building in B Block, specifically B-7. Rajajinagar is one of those older, more established parts of Bangalore, so it has a different feel than the newer IT hubs. Our office is a bit of a mix of two different teams, so it can get quite lively. We have people working on retail projects and others focused on outdoor media like billboards and signs. The 1st floor is mostly one big open space with a lot of desks pushed together. It’s not very fancy. We have posters and layouts stuck to the walls, and there’s usually a lot of chatter about different campaigns. The windows look out onto the street, and we can see the daily life of Rajajinagar passing by. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, but mostly we just go out to the nearby cafes for a break. The building is older, so the lift is sometimes temperamental, and we end up taking the stairs quite often. It’s a good spot for us because it’s well-connected. We’ve been at this address for a while and have a pretty steady routine. We show up, deal with the vendors and clients, and try to get everything sorted before the evening traffic hits. It's a busy, unpretentious place to work. We just do our thing here.
