Our center is located in Chandra Layout, specifically at number 1 in the Nanda Ashirvad Complex. We are on the 1st Main in Canara Bank Colony. A good way to find us is to look for the Village Hyper Bazaar, as we are right near there. We deal with physiotherapy and rehab here. It is a lot of physical work, helping people move better after they have had an injury or surgery. The rooms are filled with different kinds of equipment. Some of it looks a bit old but it still works perfectly for the exercises. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you will just find one of us helping a patient with their stretches. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we talk to our patients about their day while they do their reps. It is not like those cold, clinical places you see in movies. It is more personal. Some days the place is quiet, and other days it is full of people trying to get their mobility back. Being near the bazaar means it is easy for people to grab their groceries after their session. We have been part of this colony for a while now. We just do our best to help people get back on their feet. It is a hands-on job and we take it one day at a time, seeing progress slowly but surely in the people who visit us.
